The CRM Manager is responsible for ensuring a seamless customer journey from sales to post-sale interactions. This includes home loan guidance, documentation assistance, customer service, team coordination, and CRM process optimization to enhance the overall customer experience.
✔ Educate customers about home loan procedures and documentation.
✔ Ensure smooth transition from the sales team to CRM staff.
✔ Address post-sale queries and provide accurate project details.
✔ Maintain long-term relationships to generate referrals.
✔ Organize site visits and guide customers during construction.
✔ Facilitate agreements and assist with banking documentation (NOCs, Tripartite Agreements, etc.).
✔ Enhance customer experience through process improvements.
✔ Track daily follow-ups and discipline at the site.
✔ Conduct weekly and monthly meetings.
✔ Provide insights to improve conversion rates, sales velocity, and inventory management.
✔ Assist management with land purchase decisions based on market trends.
✔ Conduct competitor analysis (pricing, unit plans, amenities, sales trends).
✔ Provide feedback to marketing on customer profiles and digital content.
✔ Assist in creating advertising and promotional strategies.
✔ Review plans and blueprints for accuracy and market suitability.
✔ Provide feedback on new unit and floor plans.
✔ Prepare sales flows and cost structures for new projects.
✔ Train and inform channel partners about new launches.
✔ Train new sales executives in negotiation, closing deals, and grooming.
✔ Provide coaching on financing options and bank schemes.
✔ Conduct regular performance reviews and training for the presales team.
✔ Build strong relationships with Channel Partners (CPs).
✔ Train CP teams to understand product features and sales tactics.
✔ Track CP performance and encourage increased site visits.
✔ Conduct presentations and briefings on new offers and schemes.
✔ Work with banks to develop financial schemes for customers.
✔ Obtain project APF for new developments.
✔ Coordinate with bank surveyors regarding construction progress and payments.
✔ Train the team on home loan funding options.
✔ Coordinate possession planning with the site engineering team.
✔ Ensure quality checks before delivering flats to customers.
✔ Monitor construction activities and resolve customer-related issues.

???? Sales Target Achievement: Number of bookings vs. target.
???? Customer Satisfaction: Feedback during the handover process.
???? Referral Generation: Number of customer-driven referrals.

???? Skills & Knowledge:
✔ Strong understanding of home loan banking procedures.
✔ Ability to analyze competitor data and market trends.
✔ Familiarity with legal agreements and documentation processes.

✔ Ability to train and lead a high-performance CRM team.

✔ Real Estate CRM: 2+ years (preferred).
