We are a profitable, fast-growing company seeking a driven International Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to our expansion. This role reports directly to the Business Development VP.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and execute aggressive international sell-to and sell-through strategies.
  • Understand customer business needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Analyze product and competitor offerings to showcase our unique value proposition.

Client & Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in the industry.
  • Lead and manage salespeople and company agents worldwide.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by collaborating with R&D, Support, and Customer Success teams.

Sales Targets & Reporting

  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas.
  • Manage and analyze sales data using CRM systems.

Requirements & Qualifications

???? Education & Experience

  • 4+ years of international sales experience in any of the following industries:
    • Telematics & Power
    • Telecom
    • Big Data / AI / SaaS
  • BA/BSc degree required.

???? Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills (Spanish proficiency is a plus!).
  • Ability to engage and interact with senior executives.
  • Highly experienced with Excel and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and ambitious with a hunter mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment.
