Job Responsibilities

???? Identify potential investors and persuade them to open investment accounts
???? Encourage clients to start investing in the stock market
???? Work with a dynamic team to expand the company's reach
???? Provide financial guidance to prospective clients
???? Build strong client relationships and drive investment growth

Selection & Hiring Process

The recruitment process consists of four interview rounds:
✅ HR Round
✅ Professional Achievements & Knowledge Round
✅ Final Round
✅ Final Discussion Round

???? Provisional Offer Letter will be sent within 24 hours to selected candidates.
???? Candidates must confirm their offer and submit original employment-related documents.
???? Upon successful reference checks, the company will issue a Final Offer Letter & CTC draft.

Training & Employment Contract

???? All new hires will undergo an in-house training program.
???? Salary will be provided from the third month of employment.
???? An employment contract will be signed upon training completion.
