About the Role

The Global Sales Manager will be responsible for all prospecting and outbound sales activity in India and the USA, focusing on driving business growth through innovative sales strategies and client engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development:

    • Close monthly retainers of $2k to $5k for service/solution/consulting-based companies.

    • Identify gaps in a brand's online presence and pitch tailored solutions.

    • Generate and nurture B2B leads, convert them into clients, and ensure successful onboarding.

  • Client Engagement:

    • Pitch and sell marketing and communication services (e.g., branding, UI/UX, social media, SEO, marketing automation, paid ads, web/app development, video production, etc.) to startups and mid-size companies.

    • Engage with founders, CMOs, and marketing heads to secure business deals.

  • Strategic Planning:

    • Set up and execute email marketing and lead generation campaigns.

    • Plan and manage quarterly and annual sales projections and budget allocations.

    • Organize and execute online/offline webinars, seminars, and conferences to drive lead generation.

  • Market Research & Innovation:

    • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to create pitch decks and present solutions.


Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Experience: 2 to 6 years in B2B sales, lead generation, and business development.

  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record of closing high-value retainers ($2k-$5k/month).

  • Technical Knowledge:

    • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other database tools.

    • Basic knowledge of email marketing and lead generation campaigns.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong influencing, negotiation, and collaboration skills.

    • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • Age: Less than 30 years.
