Are you a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for the travel industry? We are looking for an experienced US Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll help clients plan and book dream vacations, provide expert destination insights, and recommend high-value travel packages to enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Consult & Convert: Engage with customers, understand their travel preferences and budgets, and suggest tailored travel itineraries.
✔ Booking & Reservations: Manage flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel bookings with accuracy.
✔ Destination Expertise: Provide detailed information on destinations, local culture, activities, and travel documentation (visas, vaccinations, etc.).
✔ Flawless Documentation: Maintain accurate records of bookings and travel documentation.
✔ Industry Awareness: Stay updated on travel trends, airline routes, and emerging promotions.
✔ Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

✅ Experience:

1–2 years of experience in the travel industry (Travel Consultant, Travel Agent, or a similar role).
PPC campaign call handling experience is mandatory.

✅ Essential Skills:

Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Strong persuasion & negotiation abilities to close sales effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking software.
Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.) is highly desirable.
Attention to detail – ensuring 100% booking accuracy.
Quick problem-solving skills to handle travel-related challenges.
