We are seeking an experienced Account Management Representative with at least 8 years of e-commerce experience, specifically managing corporate accounts in the US, UK, Australian, and Canadian markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of handling high-value clients (e.g., American Express) and leading teams to drive customer satisfaction and account growth.
Lead and manage a team of account management professionals to ensure premium customer service and meet retention/growth targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across high-profile accounts.
Handle complex customer queries, issue resolution, and service enhancements using advanced CRM and telephony systems.
Analyze data trends using Power BI and Excel to provide strategic insights for decision-making.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance team performance.
Drive the adoption of AI technology to optimize account management and customer engagement.
Oversee e-commerce platform operations, ensuring seamless order management and quality control.
Collaborate with Business Development, Design, Production, and Technology teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience:
8+ years in account management within the e-commerce industry.
Experience managing corporate accounts for American or international clients, particularly in financial services.
Proven leadership experience in a contact center environment.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in Power BI and advanced Excel for data analysis.
Proficiency in AI technology and CRM systems.
Familiarity with modern telephony systems integrated with customer service operations.
