Salary: ₹4,00,000 - ₹8,50,000 per year

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Management Representative with at least 8 years of e-commerce experience, specifically managing corporate accounts in the US, UK, Australian, and Canadian markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of handling high-value clients (e.g., American Express) and leading teams to drive customer satisfaction and account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of account management professionals to ensure premium customer service and meet retention/growth targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across high-profile accounts.

  • Handle complex customer queries, issue resolution, and service enhancements using advanced CRM and telephony systems.

  • Analyze data trends using Power BI and Excel to provide strategic insights for decision-making.

  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance team performance.

  • Drive the adoption of AI technology to optimize account management and customer engagement.

  • Oversee e-commerce platform operations, ensuring seamless order management and quality control.

  • Collaborate with Business Development, Design, Production, and Technology teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.


Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience:

  • 8+ years in account management within the e-commerce industry.

  • Experience managing corporate accounts for American or international clients, particularly in financial services.

  • Proven leadership experience in a contact center environment.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Power BI and advanced Excel for data analysis.

  • Proficiency in AI technology and CRM systems.

  • Familiarity with modern telephony systems integrated with customer service operations.
