Our platform enables IT teams and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to support users working from anywhere—on Windows, macOS, Linux, or Android—from a single, secure platform.
The Channel Management team at JumpCloud is responsible for acquiring, enabling, and growing relationships with Managed Service Providers, Value Added Resellers, and Distributors globally. The team works cross-functionally to support partners, drive joint growth goals, and execute strategic enablement programs.
Develop an in-depth understanding of JumpCloud’s objectives, business model, and key growth areas.
Own and drive specific projects to support channel management strategy.
Analyze existing processes and data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
Communicate insights and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
Create and manage timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation plans.
Coordinate follow-ups and drive deliverables across teams.
Build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Understanding of channel management strategies and partner ecosystems.
3–5 years of experience in business analysis, program/project management, or channel management.
Experience in high-growth tech or SaaS companies is a plus.
Data analytics experience or qualifications are a strong advantage.
Prior experience working with channel partners (MSPs, resellers, distributors) is preferred.
Remote (India) – Must be located in India and authorized to work there.
Internal communications and interviews will be conducted in English.
