Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Business Growth

✔️ Establish new relationships with Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI) in the FIG portfolio
✔️ Maintain existing relationships and drive revenue growth in the India market
✔️ Identify new business opportunities within the NBFI segment, including:

  • Insurance firms
  • Brokers
  • Private equity firms
  • Global Capability Centers (GCCs)
    ✔️ Serve as a FIG sales consultant, responsible for new sales wins, revenue growth, and client retention across treasury, trade, and foreign exchange

Sales & Strategic Advisory

✔️ Engage key decision-makers from large corporate clients
✔️ Expand relationships through consultative selling, from initial access to becoming a trusted strategic advisor
✔️ Work closely with:

  • Regional & global teams
  • Corporate banking team
  • Product management team
    ✔️ Lead proactive sales strategies, including:
  • Unsolicited proposals
  • Client engagement initiatives
  • Pitches & presentations

Revenue & Client Satisfaction

✔️ Identify & implement cross-sell revenue opportunities for assigned client names
✔️ Ensure seamless client onboarding & high satisfaction by working with implementation & service teams
✔️ Act as the senior escalation point for key client service issues and ensure prompt resolution

Market & Risk Management

✔️ Collaborate with stakeholders & product teams to align market needs with business strategy
✔️ Support client coverage & corporate banking teams to achieve business wins
✔️ Maintain strong sales discipline, tracking performance through MIS & key parameters
✔️ Promote a transparent risk management framework, ensuring 100% compliance with required trainings


Requirements & Qualifications

Essential Skills & Experience

???? Experience in:

  • Relationship management or cash & trade sales in a leading international/regional bank
  • Working with corporations & NBFIs
  • Understanding of corporate treasury functions
    ???? Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
    ???? Proficiency in financial analysis & client servicing
    ???? Results-driven approach with a focus on business growth & client satisfaction
    ???? Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success
    ???? Flexibility for travel as required

Technical Skills

???? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
