We are part of Accenture Corporate Development (CD) - Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). The team is responsible for identifying and executing inorganic opportunities that advance Accenture’s strategic objectives. The Post Merger Integration (PMI) team plays a crucial role in integrating acquired companies, ensuring seamless transitions, and driving synergies.
As part of the PMI community, we foster an inclusive, curious, and collaborative environment. We work on managing acquisition integrations, supporting business teams to launch joint ventures, and driving integration efforts across all aspects of operations.
As part of the PMI team, you will provide Project Management Office (PMO) support to the lead on all aspects of integration. Your responsibilities will include:
Manage the Project Management Tool setup, updates, and PMI SharePoint.
Track risks, issues, and key decisions, and highlight these to the PMI lead at set intervals.
Capture and send out Meeting Minutes and follow up on actions.
Coordinate with global team members.
Schedule meetings as part of Integration Governance.
Support the Workplan Management alongside PMI leads.
Assist in the development and maintenance of integration-related documents.
Contribute to the development of tools and processes to improve program efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institute.
Ability to work in shifts.
Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with global teams.
Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Strong project management abilities and proficiency in MS Office.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage and perform under pressure when necessary.
