• Pay:

  • Full-time: Up to ₹5,00,000 per year (based on experience and performance)

  • Internship: ₹12,000 per month (fixed stipend) + Certificate of Completion

• Job Type: Internship / Full-time

• Location: Remote (Headquarters in Mumbai)

• Work Schedule: Flexible hours (10 AM – 6 PM), weekend availability not required

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Research & Sustainability Analyst to assist in researching and analyzing sustainability trends, ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) regulations, and market opportunities. This role supports our business development team with research-driven insights to enhance decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Research & Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth reviews of ESG policies, sustainability regulations, and scientific research.

• Analyze Indian and Global ESG markets, including reporting frameworks (GRI, TCFD, GHG Protocol, SBTI).

• Perform competitive analysis and identify customer segments for climate tech products.

✅ Data Collection & Interpretation:

• Collect and analyze both primary and secondary datasets.

• Use specialized tools for data interpretation and fact-checking AI responses.

• Support research articles with accurate, data-backed arguments and insights.

✅ Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare detailed research reports and presentations.

• Maintain organized records of research findings and methodologies.

✅ Collaboration & Learning:

• Work closely with team members on groundbreaking research.

• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks (GRI, TCFD, GHG Protocol, SBTI, etc.)

• Demonstrated familiarity with Indian and Global ESG markets.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel (preferred).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment:
