???? Role & Responsibilities:

As a Quality Analyst II at Prime Video, you will be responsible for assessing the quality of outputs produced by content moderators and machine learning models. You will play a crucial role in improving the quality of these outputs, working closely with program, operations, and science teams. Your main focus will be ensuring that the content moderation processes and AI models are aligned with Amazon's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership:

  • Communicate Amazon's mission, vision, and strategy.

  • Interface with diverse stakeholders such as Program leadership, Operations leads, Technology teams, and Business.

  • Facilitate team discussions and deliver business messages confidently.

  • Provide direction, performance coordination, and evaluation.

  • Manage business KPIs and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Operational Delivery:

  • Understand and support service delivery using data to continuously improve processes.

  • Gather requirements and deliver complete data solutions to drive insights and flag risks.

  • Lead complex analytical deep dives to identify process gaps.

  • Build metrics to analyze key inputs for risk detection and defect reduction.

  • Apply best practices in reporting, analysis, validation, and documentation.

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Use data to identify areas for improvement in content compliance and risk management.

  • Provide feedback to model development teams, offering insights into moderation challenges and potential model improvements.

  • Ensure data integrity by performing regular quality checks and maintaining high standards of data cleanliness.

  • Adapt audit strategies to keep up with the latest content policy trends, customer expectations, and language requirements.

• Data Reporting & Insights:

  • Produce reports that summarize quality assessments and provide key insights and findings to business and science teams.

  • Use data to drive business growth, reduce risk, and improve AI model outputs.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.

• 1+ years of experience in business or financial analysis.

• Strong Excel expertise (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.).

• SQL proficiency for data extraction and analysis.

• Experience defining requirements and using data to draw business insights.

• Experience in making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Desired Skills:

• 5+ years of Excel expertise (including advanced functions and data visualization tools like Tableau).

• Prior experience in risk organizations or trust & safety risk detection.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.

• Ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders effectively.
