Work You’ll Do

As part of the USI Global Mobility Shared Services Team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support to member firm (MF) Global Mobility Advisors (GMA) throughout the mobility assignment lifecycle for various assignment types.

  • Create and manage documents forming part of the Assignment Package.

  • Initiate, coordinate, and track workflows across countries using Mobility Management technology to ensure key mobility milestones are met.

  • Ensure compliance with global policies and guidelines by identifying and tracking any policy variances.

  • Maintain and manage Assignee information accurately in required systems.

  • Coordinate activities supporting Assignee repatriation, assignment extensions, or localization (including vendor initiation and Talent notifications).

  • Track and send standard notifications/reminders to MF GMA during key Assignee events to ensure a smooth end-to-end Assignee experience.

  • Document and report on key mobility performance metrics, such as policy compliance, and identify opportunities for process or policy improvements.

  • Serve as a “super user” by providing training and technical support.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Relevant experience of at least 1 year in the mobility space.

  • Strong logical and analytical abilities.

  • A minimum of 2 years of overall professional experience.

  • Experience working with Ticket/Case Management Systems.

  • Bachelor’s degree (any background).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio).

Shift Timings: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Location: Hyderabad
