Fleet Utilization:
Analyze fleet utilization data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Recommend strategies to optimize fleet deployment and reduce operational costs.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with all commercial teams, including network planning, sales, marketing, and revenue management.
Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to the CCO and other senior management.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize advanced data analysis tools and techniques to gather insights from various data sources.
Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and inform decision-making.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Use insights from market research to inform strategic decisions.
Project Management:
Lead and manage projects aimed at improving commercial performance and revenue growth.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
