The Payment Strategy and Operations team manages key financial processes, including:
Supplier Payments and Partner Payments (e.g., Co-brand, Client Incentives)
First-Line Payment Risk Governance
Spend Analytics
Customer Helpdesk
Disbursements and Travel & Expense Program Management
This function also focuses on Procurement Analytics, Data Governance, Insights, Market Intelligence, Automation, and Storyboarding.
As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will:
Generate Business Insights: Use data analytics and visualization methods to address business problems and deliver actionable insights.
Develop Data Strategy: Create and implement a scalable and consistent data strategy to identify new opportunities for leveraging Procurement data.
Ensure Data Accuracy: Establish measures to monitor data quality, completeness, and accuracy across the data lifecycle.
Capture Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and design KPIs and insights to inform decisions.
Communicate Insights: Present results and insights to senior leadership and other internal customers.
Experience: Minimum 4+ years in data analytics with hands-on experience.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong expertise in Python, SQL/HQL, and Data Analytics.
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and knowledge of Hive, Alteryx, MEMSQL, Advanced Excel, and VBA is a plus.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Autonomy & Collaboration: Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Decision-Making: Capability to make autonomous decisions under ambiguity and time pressure.
