Position Summary

This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for proofreading, strong analytical skills, and an interest in charity due diligence. You’ll work closely with our UK Due Diligence Team to ensure client donations go to verified and reputable charities and nonprofits.

⚠️ Note: This is not a finance/AML role.

Responsibilities

• Verify that organisations meet GivingForce’s due diligence criteria

• Maintain and update the charity database

• Identify errors and ensure data accuracy

• Analyse complex information on charities worldwide

• Communicate with clients to request and review additional data

• Suggest process improvements proactively

• Document workflows, best practices, and due diligence guidelines

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years in office/administrative roles

• Proven research and data analysis experience

• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading ability

• Clear, professional communication skills (written & verbal English)

• Organised and reliable with strong administrative skills

• Independent, proactive, and collaborative mindset

• Proficiency with tools like Word, Excel, Gmail, etc.

• Interest in compliance, investigations, or CSR

Desirable (Not Mandatory)

• Prior compliance experience

• Multilingual skills (German, French, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese)

• Experience in the charity or CSR sector
