As a Sales Representative in our healthcare call center, you will play a vital role in supporting patients and healthcare clients while promoting our services. This includes managing inbound and outbound calls, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and achieving sales-related goals. Your work will help drive service utilization, foster strong patient relationships, and ensure seamless healthcare delivery.
Inbound Calls: Provide accurate information and support regarding healthcare services, appointments, and patient concerns.
Outbound Calls: Confirm or reschedule appointments, gather feedback, and resolve issues.
Sales-Driven Engagements: Promote services, meet or exceed sales targets, and leverage upselling opportunities.
Multichannel Support: Assist patients via email, SMS, and chat with timely, courteous responses.
Documentation: Accurately document patient interactions in line with company policies.
Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills and stay updated on healthcare protocols.
Education and Certifications:
Completion of at least 2 years of college or equivalent training and certifications.
Experience and Qualifications:
1+ years of sales experience (required).
1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
Knowledge of EMRs (e.g., eClinicalWorks) and HIPAA regulations is a plus.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Basic understanding of data security and confidentiality practices.
Technical Requirements:
Reliable wired internet connection (at least 100 Mbps).
Computer or laptop with Intel Core i5 or Ryzen 5 processor, at least 8GB RAM.
Operating system: Windows 10 or macOS (latest version).
Webcam (720p minimum) and microphone.
Antivirus software installed and up-to-date; VPN preferred.
Outbound Calls: Confirm, schedule, and upsell appointments; gather feedback.
Support: Respond to inquiries via email, SMS, and chat, ensuring prompt follow-up.
Collaborate: Coordinate with healthcare providers, labs, and other departments.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions.
Automation Tools: Use AI and automation tools for efficient patient service.
Training: Participate in training to stay up-to-date on healthcare standards.
