Role Overview: Prompt Analyst I

As a Prompt Analyst, you will work closely with Senior Management to develop Prompt Chains that improve candidate sourcing efficiency. These Prompt Chains will be used in specific projects to categorize and analyze candidate leads across different sectors.

Since this is a Production Role, your primary responsibility will be executing Prompt Chains across Search Sectors and ensuring accurate data management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prompt Development & Execution

• Collaborate with Senior Management to develop Prompt Chains for candidate sourcing.
• Implement and refine Prompt Chains using ChatGPT chatbot and API.
• Test, document, and model Prompt Chains for different projects.

2. Data Management & Operations

• Collect and manage Lead Data generated through Prompt Chains.
• Maintain file management systems for both Prompt Libraries and Lead Data.
• Ensure data integrity, availability, confidentiality, and breadth in PER’s databases.

3. System & Tool Maintenance

• Maintain PER’s proprietary Candidate Production System and other AI-driven automation tools.
• Ensure compliance with data policies across all company initiatives.

4. Communications & Engagement

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive AI initiatives.
• Ensure company-wide engagement and adherence to data-driven recruitment strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

✅ 1-3 years of experience in a Prompt Analyst or similar role.
✅ Certifications or training in AI, Computer Science, or related fields.

Technical Skills

✅ Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, AI-generated content development, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
✅ Experience with programming languages and data analysis techniques.
✅ Understanding of machine learning principles and AI automation workflows.

Soft Skills

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication.
✅ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
