The ideal candidate will have experience in financial reporting, taxation, auditing, forensic accounting, corporate finance, business recovery, and insolvency. This role requires managing accounting systems and processes, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing expert financial advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounting team’s responsibilities and set up accounting procedures and systems.

• Reconcile financial statements and prepare monthly financial reports.

• Control general ledger master data and approve online banking transactions.

• Ensure compliance with state revenue services and assist in accounting and reporting processes.

• Prepare and manage expense budget reports.

• Handle significant financial decisions, including tax matters, claiming business costs, and legal financial issues.

• Implement GST and oversee all related processes.

• Provide expert consultancy on audits, financial decisions, and economic collapses.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• ICAI CA qualification is mandatory.

• ACCA qualification is an added advantage.

• Strong discipline, diligence, and work ethic.

• Mathematical and analytical skills with a deep understanding of accounting concepts.

• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and clients.

• Ability to adapt to failures and manage stressful situations effectively.

• Relevant work experience in financial reporting, taxation, auditing, forensic accounting, or business recovery is required.
