Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting Specialist to provide business support to the Marketing & Sales vertical (Zonal Office) by handling accounting and transaction payment processing. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Sales Incentive Management: Review and verify dealer incentive schemes, ensuring document completeness for processing.
✔ Expense Processing: Manage marketing and administrative expenses through the ERP system (Oracle R12).
✔ Liabilities & Advances: Maintain aging schedules for liabilities and advances, follow up with business users for settlements.
✔ Tax Compliance: Ensure timely reconciliation and deposition of TDS liability and compliance with statutory dues & taxes (GST, Income Tax, etc.).
✔ Regional Accounting Oversight: Monitor activities performed by Regional Accountants at various locations.
✔ Cash & Bank Operations: Supervise and control all cash and bank transactions, ensuring periodic reconciliation.
✔ Audit & Compliance: Facilitate statutory and internal audits as per regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

???? Educational Background:

Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost & Work Accountant (CMA) with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience (preferably in a company with ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 Cr turnover).

???? Technical Skills & Experience:
✔ In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and taxation laws (GST & Income Tax).
✔ Hands-on experience in AP/AR modules of ERP systems.
✔ Strong analytical ability to interpret and analyze financial statements.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
✔ Excellent communication, networking, and problem-solving skills.
