Your Role:

As a Junior Accounting & Bookkeeping Specialist, you’ll work at the forefront of accounting and finance automation, optimizing bookkeeping processes for our clients. No formal credentials are required—just a passion for accounting and technology. We provide training and mentorship to help you excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Data Migration – Transfer financial data from competing accounting platforms to Zoho Books.
✅ Zoho Books Setup – Configure Zoho Books for businesses across different industries.
✅ Accounting Cleanup & Troubleshooting – Identify and correct legacy accounting errors to align with GAAP standards.
✅ Financial Reporting – Generate P&L statements, balance sheets, payroll, and expense reports.
✅ Process Optimization – Recommend enhancements to financial management processes.
✅ Analytics & Dashboards – Develop financial insights using Zoho Finance Suite.
✅ Accounting System Setup – Assist businesses in streamlining their accounting workflows.
