Responsibilities

• Deliver 1 high-quality website per day

• Ensure pixel-perfect, responsive, and SEO-optimized design

• Meet deadlines with consistent quality

• Adapt quickly to different project requirements

• Follow design guidelines and templates for consistency

• Create modern, user-friendly, and conversion-focused websites

Skills & Experience Required

• Webflow Expertise: Minimum 2 years with strong portfolio (Required)

• Web Design: At least 2 years of experience (Required)

• Excellent English: Both written and verbal (Required)

• Attention to Detail: Precision in design and responsiveness

• Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and manage time effectively

• SEO & Conversion Optimization: Preferred experience

Bonus Points For

• Experience with Webflow CMS

• Familiarity with WordPress

• Understanding of modern SEO practices

• Experience with conversion rate optimization techniques
