Job Role

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually appealing designs for various media formats. You will work closely with the team to develop creative solutions that meet client requirements and business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Gather information and materials to prepare for design projects.
Plan and develop design concepts by studying relevant information.
Illustrate concepts by creating rough layouts of art, copy, type size, style, and other aesthetic elements.
Schedule project implementation while managing budget constraints.
Work with a variety of media and graphic design software.
Think creatively to develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
Cultivate a solid portfolio of work that showcases design expertise.
Take design briefs to understand client requirements and expectations.
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to clients for approval.
Revise final designs based on client feedback and ensure full approval.
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, stylists, and executives to maintain consistency and quality.

Requirements

✔ Proven experience in graphic designing (1 to 3 years).
✔ Strong creative flair, versatility, conceptual & visual ability, and originality.
✔ Demonstrable graphic design skills with a solid portfolio.
✔ Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas effectively.
✔ Proficiency in industry-leading software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.).
✔ Expertise in designing E-Magazines, Brochures, Booklets, Flex, Hoardings, Standees, etc.
✔ Highly proficient in all aspects of design with a keen eye for detail.
✔ Professionalism in handling time, costs, and deadlines.
