The Role: Graphic Designer – 3D

This role is for a visual storyteller who designs in dimensions.

As our 3D Graphic Designer, you’ll imagine and render spatial experiences for events, environments, installations, and branded spaces. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director, 2D designers, and production teams to transform ideas into architectural narratives — through stage designs, booth mockups, immersive walk-throughs, and digital renderings that make clients say “whoa.”

What You’ll Be Creating

Event & Experience Environment Design

· Design 3D stages, walkthrough zones, brand activations, pavilions, installations, and venue layouts

· Visualize full-scale event setups — from spatial proportions and flow to lighting and branding integration

3D Visualisation & Mockup Renders

· Convert creative briefs and 2D references into high-quality 3D visualizations for client presentations and internal development

· Build mood boards, initial sketches, wireframes, and photo-realistic renders that bring ideas to life

Conceptual Thinking + Design Alignment

· Interpret themes and brand direction into 3D space — form meets function meets storytelling

· Collaborate with 2D, motion, and content teams to build a cohesive design language across formats

Toolkit Mastery & Output Readiness

· Create clean files, layer smartly, and manage fast-paced revisions

· Prep 3D renders for handover to production teams with feasibility and scaling in mind

Revision Loops, Feasibility & On-Ground Sync

· Adapt layouts as per venue limitations, structural inputs, and production realities

· Participate in recces, production meetings, and on-ground setups when required — you don’t design in a silo

Who You Are

· 2–4 years of experience in 3D design for events, exhibitions, architecture, or interior spaces

· Strong grasp of SketchUp, Blender, Lumion, 3ds Max, or similar visualisation tools

· Good working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (preferred, not mandatory)

· Solid portfolio of spatial design — events, booths, activations, pavilions, branded spaces

· Understand space, form, and scale — you know how to make ideas actually work

· Sharp visual instincts and clean aesthetic sensibility

· Comfortable with quick turnarounds, collaborative processes, and constructive critique

· Fast learner. Detail lover. Deadline keeper.
