Role Summary:

We’re looking for a creative, driven Social Media Executive to develop and manage our social media strategy. You’ll build our online presence, boost engagement, and help drive enrolments by showcasing the energy and impact of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy: Develop and execute social media plans aligned with brand goals.
• Content Creation: Create engaging posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter & YouTube.
• Community Engagement: Respond to comments/messages, interact with followers, and grow our community.
• Analytics: Track performance, generate reports, and suggest improvements.
• Brand Advocacy: Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, creative teams, and regional branches.
• Training: Support franchisees with social media best practices.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Digital Media or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media (freshers welcome).
• Strong knowledge of major platforms and tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills.
• Passion for education, arts, or drama is a plus.
