Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead and execute the visual communication efforts for both our company and our diverse clientele. This role requires a creative visionary who can independently produce premium-quality graphics, videos, and branding materials for a variety of platforms, including social media, print, web, and advertising campaigns. You will be pivotal in shaping and elevating the visual identity of our client’s brands as well as our own, ensuring innovative and high-quality designs that drive engagement and brand recognition.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute high-quality graphics, videos, animations, and branding materials across multiple platforms, including social media, print, web, and advertising.
• Develop cohesive branding assets, such as logos, brand guidelines, and templates, for both internal and client projects.
• Design platform-optimized visuals for social media posts, paid ads, websites, and landing pages.
• Produce engaging motion graphics and videos for promotional and marketing purposes.
• Manage end-to-end design projects independently, from conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Stay updated with design trends, platform-specific guidelines, and emerging tools to maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure consistency and premium quality across all design outputs to enhance brand recognition and engagement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand briefs, present ideas, and deliver designs that align with business objectives.
• Provide print-ready designs for brochures, banners, packaging, and other offline marketing materials.
• Maintain high standards of creativity, innovation, and attention to detail in all deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, and motion graphics, with a strong portfolio showcasing premium-quality work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and animation tools like Blender or Cinema 4D (preferred).
• Knowledge of web design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with print design specifications and production processes.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to produce visually stunning designs.
• Ability to manage projects independently and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams effectively.
• Knowledge of emerging trends and tools in graphic design and marketing.
