Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketing Representative with fluency in French to join our remote team. You will be responsible for outbound calling, promoting products/services, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your communication skills in French will play a key role in sales engagement and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce our products/services.

• Clearly explain product benefits and features in French.

• Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

• Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues professionally.

• Accurately log calls, leads, and interactions in the CRM system.

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive remote environment.

• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (spoken and written) with strong communication skills.

• Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred.

• Ability to engage and persuade clients with a customer-first attitude.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven.

• Comfortable with CRM software and basic office applications.

• Must have a quiet, professional remote workspace.

• Availability to work 9 AM to 6 PM (GMT +1), 5 days a week.
