As a Digital Marketing Executive at Oliviya Developers Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for creating and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies to enhance our online visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment.

We’re seeking a results-oriented marketer who is passionate about digital trends, highly analytical, and capable of crafting campaigns that align with business goals.

???? Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.

• Set measurable KPIs to evaluate campaign success.

• Collaborate with internal teams (content, sales, and customer service) to ensure brand alignment.

• Optimize website performance for SEO, bounce rate, and conversion rate improvements.

• Manage and monitor digital campaigns; analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.

• Generate creative content and manage content calendars.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital or content marketing.

• Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media.

• Proficiency in digital tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, Yoast, etc.

• Experience with Google AdWords, email campaigns, and web analytics tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).

• Strong content writing skills and an analytical mindset.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Team player with an innovative, problem-solving approach.
