Role Overview

We’re looking for a Freelance Digital Marketing Specialist who can help plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to build our brand presence and reach the right audiences for our e-learning services and programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and relevant platforms.
• Create engaging content for social media posts, ads, newsletters, and landing pages.
• Manage and grow Clamshell’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Run and monitor paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) when needed.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (traffic, leads, engagement).
• Suggest and implement improvements based on insights and trends.
• Coordinate with the content and design teams to align messaging and visuals.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing (freelance projects, internships, or agency work).
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing, email marketing, and basic SEO.
• Familiarity with running paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Mailchimp.
• Good writing skills for posts and basic ad copy.
• A portfolio or samples of past digital marketing work will be an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with e-learning or education-related brands.
• Basic design skills (Canva or similar) for social posts.
• Knowledge of lead generation funnels and landing page optimization.
