We are looking for a proactive and creative Event & Exhibition Marketing Executive to join our team. This role requires a blend of client relationship management, marketing strategy, and coordination skills to manage exhibitions, events, and promotional activities effectively.
Identify potential clients and schedule meetings.
Develop strategies to generate new business opportunities.
Promote and market exhibitions across India.
Manage stage and stall design/fabrication for events and exhibitions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Organize and execute business events and promotional campaigns.
Research and evaluate the feasibility of events/exhibitions.
Prepare and maintain a comprehensive list of exhibitions in India.
Search and apply for relevant tenders for pavilions in exhibitions.
Prepare marketing presentations, plans, and creative briefs.
Coordinate with designers and clients to develop event concepts.
Ensure timely delivery and production of design concepts.
Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
Experience:
Event Marketing: 1 year (Required)
Willingness to Travel: 25% (Preferred)
