Job Description:
Do you have strong communication skills? We are seeking a Telemarketer to join our team and help us achieve our sales objectives. In this role, you will make outbound calls to both cold and warm leads, conduct market research, and build strong customer relationships to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and current customers to promote our products and services.
• Provide detailed information and answer customer inquiries effectively.
• Conduct conference calls and schedule fixed meetings.
• Collaborate with the sales team by passing on qualified leads.
• Maintain and update a current customer database.
• Manage customer complaints to uphold our company’s reputation.
• Set sales targets and diligently track your call and sales records.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service or telemarketing with a track record of achieving results over the phone.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and proficiency in using computers and phone systems.
• Ability to learn about our products and explain them clearly to customers.
• Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Bengali, Marathi, or Gujarati).
• Sociable, resilient in the face of rejection, and skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
