We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to engage with our US-based clients during their business hours. You will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, and sales performance, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Note: This is an in-person role in Delhi and requires a clear American or British accent.

???? Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential US clients and initiate contact via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Maintain an active pipeline of leads in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

✅ Client Engagement & Relationship Building

Communicate fluently in English with a clear American or British accent.
Present products, answer queries, and offer tailored solutions.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.

✅ Sales Strategy & Performance

Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies for the US market.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

✅ Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Submit sales forecasts, updates, and performance reports to management.

???? Qualifications & Skills

???? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
???? Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales or a customer-facing role (preferably handling US clients).

???? Communication Skills:
✔ Must have a clear American or British accent.
✔ Excellent spoken and written English.

???? Technical Skills:
✔ Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
✔ Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

???? Availability:
✔ Willing to work overnight (US shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM IST).
