Job Description

As a Social Media and Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies across various social media platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
✅ Create, curate, and manage published content (e.g., blog posts, social media updates, and multimedia content).
✅ Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance to ensure objectives are met.
✅ Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute digital campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
✅ Stay updated with the latest industry trends and social media best practices.
✅ Engage with the online community, responding to comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
✅ Assist in developing marketing materials (brochures, presentations, and other collateral).
✅ Coordinate with external agencies or partners for content creation and marketing efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

???? Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

???? Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing and digital marketing (preferred).
• Proven expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their analytics tools.

???? Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
