Job Role: Manager – Operations (Non-Voice)

As a Manager – Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, ensuring quality assurance, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Operational Management

???? Oversee daily operations of the data entry project, ensuring accuracy & timeliness.
???? Monitor team performance to meet project goals and KPIs.
???? Ensure compliance with company policies & client requirements.

2️⃣ Leadership & Team Management

???? Lead, mentor, and support Assistant Managers & Team Leaders.
???? Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback & create growth plans.
???? Manage team attendance, resolve conflicts, and handle disciplinary actions.

3️⃣ Quality Assurance

???? Maintain high accuracy standards through quality control procedures.
???? Conduct root cause analysis & implement corrective actions.
???? Monitor transactions & introduce improvements for compliance & accuracy.

4️⃣ Process Improvement

???? Identify & implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
???? Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate new technologies.
???? Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

5️⃣ Documentation & Reporting

???? Prepare and present operational performance reports with team metrics.
???? Maintain records of workload distribution, quality findings, and activities.
???? Use data analysis for continuous process improvements.

6️⃣ Client & Stakeholder Communication

???? Act as the primary contact for client-related communications.
???? Provide regular updates on project status, challenges & performance.
???? Ensure the team understands & meets client expectations.


Ideal Candidate Profile

???? Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
???? Experience: Minimum 3+ years in a similar role (preferably at Exela)
