About the Role

EnactOn is looking for an E-commerce Sales & Marketing Executive to contribute to our US-based marketplace operations. You will play a crucial role in expanding our eCommerce shop, third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Google Shopping, etc.), and social media presence.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to build digital marketing strategies, manage eCommerce sales channels, and optimize marketing programs for tangible sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop & execute eCommerce marketing campaigns across multiple channels (marketplaces, email, SMS, social media, affiliate marketing, etc.).
✅ Manage daily operations for marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, CVS, Walgreens, Staples, and Costco.
✅ Set up & optimize paid ads on Amazon, Walmart, and Google Shopping.
✅ Create and implement social media marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and sales.
✅ Update and optimize website content (banners, landing pages, product listings).
✅ Analyze and report performance metrics, ensuring accurate insights into product performance & KPIs.
✅ Ensure smooth eCommerce functionality, including testing links, promotions, and marketing content.

???? This role involves managing US-based marketplaces, requiring availability for occasional team meetings in US time zones.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience

???? Education:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

???? Experience:
✔ 0-2 years in eCommerce, digital marketing, or related fields.
✔ Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
✔ Experience with Google Analytics, UX, or Adobe Suite.
✔ Knowledge of Retail Ads Marketing & eCommerce marketplace ad platforms.
✔ PC skills: Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
✔ Prior experience as an Amazon or Walmart seller who has advertised (preferred).
✔ Global exposure to the online retail market is a plus.
