• Engage with Card Members to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

• Reinforce card membership benefits to enhance customer engagement.
• Develop consulting skills—empathy, problem-solving, and effective communication.
• Adapt conversations based on each customer’s situation and communication style.

???? Qualifications & Skills

???? Education & Experience:
✔ Graduate/Undergraduate with minimum 1 year of customer service experience (chat experience preferred).

✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
✔ Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications efficiently.
✔ Problem-solving mindset to evaluate issues and offer first-contact resolution.
