We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Market Research & Interview Coordinator to join our team. The selected candidate will:

• Identify and connect with industry professionals.

• Set up interviews with selected sources across various sectors.

• Prepare detailed notes and call reports based on interactions.

• Support ongoing research projects across time zones.

???? Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to potential sources.

• Set up interviews and coordinate schedules.

• Prepare and maintain accurate call documentation.

• Collaborate with other team members to support broader project goals.

• Work flexibly across multiple international time zones.

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Experience in market research, sales, or customer service.

• Excellent telephone communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong English language proficiency (written and spoken).

• A reliable team player with flexibility to work different shifts.

• Comfortable with outreach and making cold calls.

• Proficiency in any Southeast Asian language (Thai, Indonesian, Malaysian, Vietnamese) is a plus, but not mandatory.
