We are currently seeking Office Administrators/Project Estimators to join our team in Dehradun.
Manage office administrative activities, including customer calls, job management, and scheduling.
Perform basic accounting duties, such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and banking.
Complete general office tasks like drafting correspondence, filing, estimating, and compliance.
Audit job files to ensure they contain all required documentation.
Answer customer calls and provide empathetic, professional service.
Maintain communication with customers, vendors, and management.
Resolve customer issues and maintain high satisfaction.
Provide IT support, conduct weekly computer backups, and handle software upgrades.
Assist with employee hours and expenses for projects.
Use specialized software for data analysis, budgeting, and project management.
Support marketing efforts and grow personally and professionally.
Mentor new colleagues to efficiently perform assigned tasks.
Master’s degree in accounting or engineering (preferred); any graduate is welcome.
Additional qualifications in administrative assistance or cost estimating are a plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience in international customer service, especially with American clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and VOIP services.
Comfortable with 24/7 work timings and night shifts.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
Experience in International BPO/KPO, particularly in US processes, is highly valued.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
