This role requires night shift work (US time zone) and voice support.
The Support Administrator is responsible for accurately processing cases and managing replacement part shipments. This role supports the technical support center by handling escalation requests related to shipping, part numbers, case processing, and reimbursement inquiries.
You will assist both internal SolarEdge employees and customers via phone, email, and escalations.
✔️ Answer customer and internal calls regarding shipment status.
✔️ Proactively communicate with customers about shipping delays/resolutions.
✔️ Follow up on cases requiring additional information.
✔️ Handle reimbursement inquiries, escalations, and out-of-warranty situations.
✔️ Resolve shipment inquiries and create return shipping labels.
✔️ Coordinate with upper-level tech support to ensure accuracy and completion.
✔️ Manage part number updates and verify part number accuracy.
✔️ Facilitate communication between technical support and other departments.
✔️ High school diploma or equivalent.
✔️ 1-2 years of experience in Administration, Processing, or Customer Support preferred.
✔️ Expertise in customer service principles and best practices.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
✔️ Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
✔️ Excellent accuracy in data entry and typing.
✔️ Knowledge of administrative and clerical processes.
✔️ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently.
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
