Job Title: US IT Recruiter – Contract Hiring

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Remote (Work from Home – India)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM EST – 6:00 PM EST
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Night shift

• Weekend availability

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3 years in US IT Contract hiring

Education:

• Graduate or any equivalent qualification/relevant experience

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the recruitment industry, especially for IT roles

• Proven experience in contract staffing or C2H hiring

• Familiarity with C2C, 1099, and W2 contract terms

• Skilled in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates

• Must have own vendor database

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships

• Comfortable working remotely from any state in India
