???? Role Overview

As an IT Executive, you will be responsible for delivering IT support and resolving internal and external network/server-related issues. You'll work closely with both local teams and US-based clients to maintain and support IT infrastructure, systems, and devices.

???? Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support for troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware/software.

• Resolve IT Service Desk incidents as per SLAs.

• Conduct routine IT audits and escalate issues appropriately.

• Manage LANs, WANs, network segments, internet, intranet systems, and more.

• Automate software installation and configuration processes.

• Maintain the data center and monitor IT equipment.

• Perform root cause analysis for major incidents and create recovery plans.

• Track, order, and install IT equipment including computers, cameras, toners, etc.

• Collaborate with US-based clients for handling their IT requests and requirements.

???? Education & Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 1–2 years in network and wireless engineering.

• Hands-on experience with L2-level network hardware (HPE Aruba, Cisco routers, switches, wireless).

• Knowledge of L2/L3 protocols: VLAN, PPP, ICMP, ARP, QoS, etc.

• Understanding of the OSI model, TCP/IP, subnetting, port security, load balancing.

• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, VPN, network protocols, spanning tree optimization.

• Installation and configuration of Windows Server (2012/2016) and Active Directory.

• Admin-level experience with Mac OS, iCloud, Apple iOS, Android.

• Proficiency with Google/Microsoft security & productivity tools (email, docs, calendar, cloud drives, etc.).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Availability for Night Shift (Required)
