Job Title: Customer Service Associate – BPO

???? Location: Airoli, Mindspace, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
???? Job Type: Full-time (Work From Office)
???? Shifts: 24x7 Rotational | Night Shift | US Shift
???? Salary: ₹20,968.97 – ₹32,620.72 per month
✨ In-Hand Pay: ₹32,000 + ₹5,000 (Performance-based Incentives)
???? Schedule: 5 days working with any 2 week-offs

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Must-Have Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (BPO)

• Excellent C1 level communication skills

• Education: HSC or Graduate (with 1 year experience)

❌ Not Eligible:

• MBA, BTech, BCA, BSc IT/CS, BE, MTech, MCA, CA

✨ Preferred:

• IATA Certification or airline ticketing experience is a plus

Important Notes:

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Candidate must be comfortable with night and rotational shifts

• Should reside within transport boundary (Airoli or nearby)

• Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

• Job Location: Airoli Mindspace, Navi Mumbai
