Position: Airline Ticket Reservation Agent
Location: Kurla, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 per month
Shift & Schedule: Day shift

Job Responsibilities:

✔ Reservations: Book flights, reserve seats, and update passenger records.
✔ Customer Service: Answer customer queries, resolve complaints, and assist passengers with special needs.
✔ Flight Information: Provide details about flight schedules, availability, pricing, and delays.
✔ Payments: Process ticket payments and additional services.
✔ Coordination: Work closely with airline staff and travel agencies.
✔ Baggage Assistance: Help passengers check their baggage.
✔ Seat Selection: Assist passengers in choosing or upgrading their seats.
✔ Trip Planning: Provide information on car rentals, tours, and other travel-related services.

Qualifications & Skills:

???? Computer literacy and experience working with airline reservation systems.
???? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
???? Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
???? Ability to work flexible hours as per operational requirements.

Experience Requirement:
