Role: Software Engineer – Oracle Healthcare Container Platform

As a Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy cloud-based tools for containerized healthcare applications. This role demands expertise in container management, cloud infrastructure, automation, and security.

Key Responsibilities

???? Cloud Deployment & Infrastructure Management
✔ Design, code, and implement deployment automation tools for highly available cloud infrastructure
✔ Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes, and Ruby
✔ Evaluate and enhance system security

???? Application Deployment & Troubleshooting
✔ Manage and optimize containerized applications
✔ Troubleshoot and mitigate issues across a complex cloud stack
✔ Own the deployment process for Oracle’s healthcare services

???? Automation & Continuous Improvement
✔ Automate tasks to support CI/CD pipelines and minimize manual overhead
✔ Define and document scalable technical architectures
✔ Drive initiatives to improve reliability, performance, and security

???? Collaboration & Growth
✔ Work closely with remote teams in a collaborative, learning-focused environment
✔ Mentor and support team members
✔ Engage in on-call rotations for mission-critical systems
✔ Participate in technical roadmaps and stakeholder discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications

???? Technical Expertise:
✔ Strong knowledge of Container Management & Kubernetes
✔ Experience with Terraform, Ruby, or other scripting languages
✔ Understanding of network architecture, application security, and infrastructure

???? Preferred Experience:
✔ Experience in cloud infrastructure automation
✔ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
✔ Interest in scalability, real-world system design, and performance optimization
