The Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will work closely with our Product team to design, scale, and deploy new and existing software products. This role combines hands-on engineering with architectural thinking and a deep understanding of system design, scalability, and user needs.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain APIs, services, and systems.

• Debug production issues across the full stack.

• Collaborate with Product, Business, and Data Science teams to solve customer pain points at scale.

• Develop, implement, and deploy enterprise-grade, high-availability web applications.

• Drive system architecture and infrastructure design for scalable products.

• Stay current with modern technologies and development methodologies.

• Contribute ideas for feature development and tech stack improvements.

Minimum Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack or backend engineering.

Skills & Competencies

• First-principles thinker: Break down complex problems into logical components and propose thoughtful, innovative solutions.

• System architecture: Proven experience in building scalable and data-intensive systems with attention to detail.

• Team player: Strong collaboration in diverse, cross-cultural, remote teams, following agile methodologies.

• Clear communicator: Ability to explain complex ideas in both verbal and written formats. Open to feedback and collaborative decision-making.

Tech Stack

We use a modern and flexible stack. Experience in the following (or transferable skills from similar stacks) is desired:

• Backend: Python, Flask

• Cloud: Amazon Web Services (AWS)

• DevOps/Tools: Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines

• Data: Elasticsearch, Spark

• Architecture: RESTful APIs, microservices

Experience with other tech stacks is also welcome if you are confident in adapting to new technologies.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience as an early engineering hire at a startup, helping scale a product from the ground up.

• Familiarity with predictive systems, supply chain logistics, or data-heavy applications.
