Role: Senior Engineer – Network Administration

As a Senior Engineer – Network Administration, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure while ensuring high availability, security, and compliance. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with network technologies, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities

???? Network Infrastructure & Security
✔ Maintain an accurate inventory of network infrastructure
✔ Configure and install network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, QoS)
✔ Implement security tools, policies, and procedures in collaboration with the security team

???? Network Maintenance & Troubleshooting
✔ Perform system upgrades, patches, and security configurations
✔ Monitor network performance to ensure high availability and reliability
✔ Provide Level-2/3 support and resolve network-related issues

???? Technical Documentation & Compliance
✔ Create and update technical documentation for clients and internal teams
✔ Ensure IT infrastructure meets regulatory compliance standards
✔ Support OEM business applications and operating systems

???? Collaboration & Support
✔ Liaise with vendors and IT teams for problem resolution
✔ Work within configuration and change management policies
✔ Respond to alerts and tickets from monitoring systems

???? Operations & SLA Monitoring
✔ Identify and log problems and errors proactively
✔ Ensure compliance with SLA/OLA agreements
✔ Perform the role of operations specialist during shifts

Required Skills & Qualifications

???? Technical Expertise:
✔ Strong knowledge of WAN/LAN, routers, firewalls, wireless, and security
✔ Experience with AWS, TCP/IP, Routing Protocols, WAF, SLB
✔ Understanding of Software-Defined Networking (SDN) and system redundancy

???? Preferred Experience:
✔ Hands-on expertise in network troubleshooting and fault resolution
✔ Knowledge of Windows OS, Desktop OS, and Remote Working methods
✔ CCNA/CCNP certification is a plus

???? Educational Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
