About Chrysalis Services

Chrysalis Services is a consulting firm focused on transforming the social sector in India. We partner with trusts, foundations, NGOs, and other not-for-profit organizations to help them improve their efficiencies in their chosen sector, thereby significantly enhancing their overall impact. We partner with corporations and philanthropists to help them run their programs and projects end-to-end in an efficient manner. We connect independent agencies involved in due diligence, accreditation, social impact audits, etc., to NGOs and corporations alike and assist in running programs and projects professionally.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting research and having a deep understanding of the thematic areas of work and their focus areas
2. Researching, writing, collating, and organizing visually convertible information professionally and credibly
3. Understanding the various thematics or areas of work and developing content
4. Developing and coordinating timely profile documents; concept notes and proposal responses and client requirements
5. Collaborating with internal teams and functions within the company to complete responses
6. Creating an independent work ethic with the ability to be successful in a virtual environment

Other requirements

1. Deep understanding of the social/development sector & corporate social responsibility concepts.

2. Possess excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to adapt and work on new, technology-driven tools.

4. Students who completed their graduation in MSW/MA- Sociology/ NGO management or development studies/CSR/any social sector-related experience will be preferred.

5. We are looking for students/graduates who have completed their graduation and are available for full-time internships.
6. Candidates currently studying will not be considered for the position.
