About the Role:

Job Description: We are looking for junior/associate software engineer who could join our cloud product engineering team to build, sustain the enterprise applications for our global customers. As part of this internship, you’ll learn how to develop and test code efficiently while gaining real world experience working on applications that support our customers. With mentoring from Senior Developers, the intern will learn multiple systems and be able to use their skills in multiple projects and maintenance, and coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code by writing clean, scalable code using Azure cloud services, C# .NET Core, ReactJS etc.
• Assist in testing and automate as required.
• Assist in system improvements including bug fixing.
• Make recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code, and improve/streamline processes and systems.
• Support projects through entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) by participating in the requirements analysis and research gathering (R&D) process, and/or writing documentation such as technical specifications and other forms of documentation.
• Follow software development methodologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science from an accredited university.
• Minimum 6 months to 3 years full-time work experience in React.js, NET core, and SQL.
• Ability to detail and write technical documentation in English for internal or external developer/technical audiences.
• Knowledge of VS Code or similar integrated development environment (IDE)
• Basic familiarity with GIT, Subversion, or similar version control systems.
• Basic understanding of Design Patterns and Object-Oriented Concepts.
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, development, production deployment and maintenance; Experience or understanding of working in an Agile environment.
• Be able to demonstrate the required skills and experience equivalent to 6 months, either through an internship, previous employment, or in a college project.
• Experience or familiarity with C# / Python, micro services, cloud development architectural patterns, MongoDB, PostGres, ReactJS is a definite PLUS.
