Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
1+ year of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data meaningfully
Prepare Daily, Monthly, Half-yearly, and Yearly MIS reports.
Collect performance data and compare against targets for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis.
Download and convert mobile app data to MIS formats for integration and analysis.
Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing (S&M) team to deliver insights and reports on priority.
Compile data from various sources into standardized formats for reporting.
Analyze and report on marketing expenses to support cost-saving initiatives.
Assist the field team with budgeting, market intelligence, competitor data, pricing, and penetration metrics.
Take initiative in supporting new activities and process improvements.
Coordinate with other departments to enable inter-departmental data sharing for aligned objectives.
Ensure accurate data mapping in ERP systems between customers and staff and integrate with mobile app data.
