???? Pay: ₹9,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per year (CTC based on experience)
???? Location: Hybrid – Bengaluru, Karnataka (Remote with initial on-site training)
???? Work Hours:
✔ Regular shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
✔ Extended shift: Up to 1:00 AM (as required)
✔ Flexibility required to complete assigned tasks beyond shift hours

Key Responsibilities

???? Customer Meetings: Attend online customer calls at night, take detailed notes, and assign tasks for next steps
⚙ Software Implementation: Configure the Unifize application to match customer requirements (Training provided)
???? Template Creation: Build PDF templates as per customer needs
???? Issue Resolution: Address non-technical issues and escalate software bugs to the engineering team
???? Customer Support: Respond to queries via the Unifize app, ensuring smooth onboarding for new customers
???? Process Improvement: Assist in refining our implementation and onboarding processes
???? Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest Unifize features and industry trends

What We’re Looking For

✅ Education & Experience:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
✔ Experience: Prior experience in software implementation, ERP systems, or configurable software is a plus

✅ Skills & Attributes:
✔ Strong Work Ethic: You enjoy working hard and taking on challenges
✔ Fluent English Communication: Clear, concise, and easy-to-understand emails for US customers
✔ Problem-Solving Ability: Investigate details, troubleshoot, and propose solutions
✔ Basic Coding Knowledge: While you won’t write code, familiarity with software systems is a plus
✔ Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and onboarding tools
