The Fixed Income Client Portfolio Managers (CPMs) and Specialists Team is a vital link between portfolio management and the sales/distribution network. This Bangalore-based team specializes in indexed and systematic active fixed income strategies, supporting client-facing teams globally and contributing to product commercialization and client servicing.

???? Role Overview:

As a Fixed Income Portfolio Strategy Analyst, you will collaborate with specialists, CPMs, and internal teams to analyze and present investment capabilities. You will help design client materials, contribute to strategic insights, and support relationship management efforts.

????️ Key Responsibilities:

• Assist specialists and CPMs in developing client portfolio reviews, strategy presentations, and pitch books.

• Manage reporting and analytical requests from various departments including sales, client reporting, and portfolio management.

• Collaborate across teams (e.g., risk, admin, liquidity) to develop impactful, timely responses to client and internal queries.

• Gain deep understanding of fixed income indexing, enhanced indexing, and active strategies.

• Perform competitor analysis, identifying key metrics and strategic positioning.

• Support creation of RFPs, due diligence documents, and thought leadership content.

• Build and maintain collateral for fixed income strategies using PowerPoint and Excel.

• Analyze macro trends and develop data-driven insights to support strategy commercialization.

✅ What You’ll Bring:

• 2–5 years of experience in fixed income, strategy, analytics, or client solutions.

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to evaluate data and derive actionable insights.

• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills for creating client materials.

• High-quality writing and communication skills (RFPs, market commentaries, thought pieces).

• Curiosity and technical understanding of macroeconomics and fixed income markets.

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and organized with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a global and time-sensitive environment.
